These NEOS overshoes are lightweight, comfortable and 100% waterproof. These boots are designed so you can tuck your pant legs in and fold the opening over using the adjustable Velcro closure. A heavy-duty plastic buckle closure allows for a comfortable snug fit. Compact enough to go anywhere.
